Childcare Coordinator - Stop-Now-And-Plan (SNAP)

In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department. 

Program Description: 

SNAP® (Stop Now And Plan) is an evidence-based, internationally accredited program, designed to engage children and their caregivers through therapeutic groups teaching emotion regulation and coping strategies. The program is offered for families with children ages 6-11 exhibiting externalizing behaviors.  

Position Title and Overview: 

SNAP® Childcare Coordinator (part-time) 

• Facilitate small groups of various aged children by leading in play, overseeing arts & crafts, assisting with homework and using a strengths-based approach to address behavior. 

• Provide and coordinate transportation of children and families to and from groups, field trips, and other interventions. 

• Develop positive relationships with children and families that reflect the core values of Auberle and the SNAP® program. 

• Provide a positive role model to children and families. 

Position Requirements: 

• Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required. 

• Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance. 

• Flexibility to work evenings.
