The Positions
Manage all material handling activities, inventory control & material movements from the inbound of goods receipt to final packaging within the IFP facility at Site Clayton, with an emphasis on optimization, timeliness, accuracy, continual improvement & compliance to cGMPs.

Essential Functions
- Manage Warehouse Training Instructor & Material handling teams across four (4) shifts to provide 24/7 support, to include hiring, developing & performance management (performance expectations, reviews & evaluations)
- Manage timely flow of materials between the warehouse & production
- Maintain & develop department procedures/SOP’s according to cGMP’s
- Develop/track internal metrics to measure department performance
- Implement corporate initiatives for the material handling function
- Coach & provide continuous feedback to drive required leadership development of all Work Cell Leaders & Shift Coordinators
- Drive continuous improvement of the material handling processes, to include agility, simplification & standardization
- Manage monthly & annual inventory count life cycle, both on-site & off-site, to ensure accuracy & compliance
- Develop strategy for resource optimization & allocation including, but not limited to, personnel resources, warehouse space capacity & implementation of long-term resource utilization capacity analysis plans to ensure optimum level of production support
- Develop, implement, & maintain Strategy for PS Production System in the material support functions through alignment with cLEAN® practices & principles
- Serve as systems owner for the warehouse storage rooms, to include cold storage, API freezers, ambient storage & label control areas
- Develop & track internal metrics to measure department performance & drive efficiencies
- Manage vendor relationships by providing & maintaining warehouse systems/equipment (e.g., Carolina Handling, Patterson Pope, etc.)
- Establish & sustain effective communication with all stakeholders (FP, AP IQC, QC, Intralogistics 4.0)
- Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties

Physical Requirements
May move equipment &/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds within the facility using various body positions. May be required to be on your feet for up to a 12-hour shift. May required corrected vision to 20/20 or 20/25 based on role. May require color vision based on role. May require the ability to work in loud noise environments with hearing protections.

Ensure that reporting personnel have individual development plans (IDP), with annual goals and measurements that are consistent with the priorities of the business, and that interim reviews are held so that their work is focused on those priorities, and they understand their level of accountability for results and the measurement process.
