OVERNIGHT DSP Are you a night owl who wants to make a difference? Join our team as an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) and provide safety, care, and peace of mind to individuals with developmental disabilities while they sleep.
What You’ll Do

Stay awake and alert throughout the night

Ensure the safety and comfort of people supported in the apartment complex

Support evening and morning routines

Document overnight observations

Be the calm, reliable presence when it matters most
What We’re Looking For

Caring, dependable people who can remain attentive overnight

High school diploma or equivalent (experience a plus, but we’ll train you!)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Reliability is a must
Schedule & Pay

Overnight shifts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 9a-7p

Qualifications
Paid Training: CPR/First Aid Medication Aide Training DBHDS DSP Orientation Mandt Certification Requirements: Lift up to 50lbs. Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Satisfactory Criminal Background Check PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to assist individuals with completing activities of daily living. Experience through education or work history that demonstrates reliability/dependability. Skill to complete satisfactorily: Medication Certification, Medicaid Waiver Certification, First Aid/CPR, Mandt, and other requirements associated with orientation. Ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to make decisions and exercise good judgment. Skill in locating and accessing community resource.Apply for this role
