Job Description:
Support a client executive team and drive organizational effectiveness. Serves as a key advisor and confidant to senior Sponsor leadership, providing critical insights, managing client priorities, and facilitating decision-making processes. The incumbent will collaborate across the enterprise to execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support:
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide valuable insights to inform decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline operational processes and improve organizational efficiency.
- Drive and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Act as a liaison between offices to foster effective cross-enterprise collaboration.
- Project and Program Management:
- Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans and track progress against timelines.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.
- Communications and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute effective communication strategies for the executive team.
- Prepare executive-level communications, including presentations and announcements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the executive team as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 years’ experience in consulting, program and project management, or business operations.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Desired Qualifications:
- Intermediate experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology.
- Business degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
