is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both
onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our La Farge, WI office for 4-8 days per month, and the
rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.
Employee Type – Hourly
Bonus – This position is eligible for a 3% annual incentive bonus based on cooperative and individual performance.

Summary of Role
The
Field Support Coordinator serves as a mission-critical operational partner to
their assigned Regional Pool Managers, directly driving the successful
execution of the Cooperative’s volume and member engagement goals. Operating at
the intersection of data integrity and relationship management, this role acts
as the central hub for member-owner data, onboarding, and lifecycles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as an essential operational partner to assigned Regional Pool Managers, directly supporting the successful execution of the Cooperative’s volume and member engagement goals.
- Steward the integrity of the INFOR CRM system as the foundational source of truth for all farmer data; proactively manage updates to eliminate errors and safeguard critical downstream processes.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new members, ensuring a high-quality member experience, compliance with CROPP requirements, and timely integration into the Cooperative to support milk supply and volume goals.
- Support supply chain optimization by maintaining accurate data on prospective farmers and projected member departures, enabling data-driven volume forecasting and a reliable future milk pipeline.
- Own the preparation and distribution of all pools Farmer Update Notices, ensuring precise and timely information that initiates downstream processes, updates enterprise systems (including SAP, Dairy Collections, and Equity), and maintains alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage the lifecycle of all pool membership changes from initiation to completion; ensuring workflow timelines and system data to maintain timely internal communications and operational alignment.
- Partner with assigned Regional Pool Managers to steward member relations, establishing strong, collaborative connections with prospective and active farmers through meaningful engagement and responsive support.
- Identify and flag high-potential prospective members within territory, providing the foundational data needed for further field engagement.
- Act as the central hub for prospective farmer and member-owner paperwork, managing the entry funnel, routing, and monitoring progress against completion deadlines.
- Adhere to standardized workflows and cooperative policies to ensure consistent, equitable, and transparent treatment of all member-owners.
- Safeguard product integrity and brand standards by ensuring compromised milk is not collected following directive, taking immediate, proactive action and coordinating rapid communication across all stakeholders.
- Promptly identify and resolve issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, employing critical thinking to develop effective solutions.
- Engage with external milk handler field staff to gather essential information related to milk quality and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with organic certification agencies to obtain and maintain current certification documentation, update internal systems accordingly, and proactively track progress for prospective members to ensure continuous certification compliance and a smooth, timely onboarding process.
- Manage critical data and administrative workflows for the Animal Care Program, including INFOR CRM entry and tracking, FARM database auditing, and the resolution of remediations.
