Must have 5 years of experience in Application Programming (Go) - Writing new code that allows more functionality to customers. Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: Application Maintenance (Go) - Writing codes that fixes bugs and defects in existing software systems; Software Testing / Quality Assurance (Go) Writing test for existing systems; Dev/Ops - Authoring code that configures cloud based assets; Systems Design - Help plan the design of new software systems; Design and implementation of gRPC APIs; Experience building and maintaining automated API tests; Cloud experience; and Golang experience. Job Duties: Technical Skills: Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation and maintenance of the team. Writes, reviews, tests, and documents code according to Anchorage's engineering and team standards, and practices. Dive deep into complex, ambiguous problems, formulate elegant and practical solutions. Review other developer's code to ensure consistency, reduce errors and share context across the engineering team. Complexity and Impact of Work: Drives work independently, leads or significantly contributes to medium-to-large projects or processes, usually multi-person interdepartmental or crossfunctional projects, including leading from end-to-end with little oversight and coordinating activities of other team members. Organizational Knowledge: Ensures that knowledge is shared among the team and does not position themselves or others as a single point of failure. Collaborate cross-functionally within the team and other teams at Anchorage Digital. Monitors the development of the company objectives and/or trends that may affect its capacity to succeed. Communication and Influence: Mentors and guides others on the team within their area of specialization or domain, and helps others understand the strategic goals of Anchorage and how their work relates to these. Communicates outside team boundaries to solve problems, networks with other teams, and establishes positive working relationships in other disciplines and domains.
