Your mission
In the Medical Care Business Unit & Innovative Oncology Franchise, you integrate the cell therapy team, under the responsibility of the Cell Therapy Brand & Readiness Lead. This team is launching EBVALLO, a breakthrough therapy and the first allogenic T-cell immunotherapy targeted against EBV, for the treatment of rate type of lymphoma called EBV+ PTLD.
In this team, the international product manager will be responsible of developing the global commercial strategy with the support of the Global Brand Lead and ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy and related tactics. To reach your objectives, a strong cross functional work is necessary, both at internal level with the cell therapy Global Team (Medical affairs, market access, business analysis, RWE, Regulatory & Supply) the local teams (country product managers & Business Unit directors) but also externally with our providers and KOL
Missions include :
- Propose and validate the marketing strategy to be included in the global Brand Plan with the Global Brand lead
- Create, develop, ensure validation and dissemination of the promotional and non-promotional campaign at global level (Documents related to product, ordering platform, training document…)
- Support & monitor implementation of the campaign at local level
- Support the team in the implementation and development of the ordering platform for our cell therapy (materials, processes, future development)
- Be responsible as a “case manager” to manage any request in the platform, from request to lot order
- Support the team to create tracking and follow-up of sales and support creation of KPI dashboards
- Contribute actively to the organization of international event and related activities (congresses, stand-alone events) in collaboration with the cross functional team
- Contribute in the development and set-up of global market research to gather insights on the product and related competitive environment
- Collaborate with international KOL to get insights on how to ensure smooth access to the product and ensure awareness of the disease
- Set-up Marketing advisory board to gather insights from physicians
- Training: support the team for the creation & implementation of the training elements for commercial forces
