All work to be completed safely and to assure minimal impact to production while complying with cGMPs.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Maintain/execute routine to intermediate level maintenance activities, and operate plant clean utility and process &amp; lab equipment in order to sustain a cell therapy biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in accordance with CFRs, SOPs, job plans, and BMS policies</li><li>Ensures that all documentation for work tasks is completed with accurate information following good documentation practices (GDP)</li><li>Participates in a detailed training program, in order to develop one’s knowledge in the maintenance and operations field, as well as other areas of the plant</li><li>Assists in the development and revision, and review related SOPs or job plans/work plans for work related areas</li><li>Provides basic troubleshooting of clean utilities and process &amp; lab equipment/systems.</li><li>Requires on-call duty and if needed overtime and weekend hours. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations.</li><li>Contact with F&amp;E Team, Manufacturing, Warehouse &amp; Lab Operators and Vendors</li><li>Will have daily contact with her/his supervisory staff for work assignments, coaching and general management discussions</li><li>Occasional contact with other line management staff relating to specific project responsibilities may be expected</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications and Education Requirements</b><b><span>:</span></b></p><ul><li>Requires at least a MBO level 4 diploma, technical degree preferred and/or equivalent experience in maintenance, or related technical discipline</li><li>Ability to work in a later stage in 24/7 operation shift</li><li>Proficiency in reading and writing English</li><li>5+ years total related experience in process &amp; lab equipment and clean utilities maintenance
