The Role at a Glance
This position will provide primary administrative support to the Facilities Team, including providing customer service support for the Facilities Service Center for visiting customers and all duties associated with support of the Facilities Technical Professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Greets and directs visitors and determines whether they should be given access to specific individuals or departments.
- Answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.
- Schedules maintenance and repairs to office equipment as needed with appropriate Facilities resources.
- Administers the new hire onboarding process which includes but is not limited to providing employee badges with access to the facility and/or parking cards.
- Reviews HR reports for new hires and terminations and adjusts access for employees accordingly based on any employee status changes.
- Coordinates conference room and/or meeting arrangements and plans and coordinates special events for facilities including but not limited to room set-up, catering, and security.
- Processes invoices for prompt payment as needed, and responds to any issues regarding inaccurate payments.
- Coordinates on-site building service requests which includes but is not limited to responding to ServiceNow requests regarding building issues and/or scheduling outside vendors to perform maintenance tasks as needed.
- Reviews weekly employee move/add/change reports and submits any applicable changes to IT and Mailroom Services.
- Prepares more complex correspondence, memorandums and documents to internal stakeholders and management.
- Applies expanded knowledge obtained for the role to effectively communicate with stakeholders/senior leaders on facilities questions and/or concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Escalates more complex issues or concerns to management or appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Works overtime as needed.
What we’re looking for
- High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience. (Minimum Required)
- 2 - 3 Years of administrative services and/or office clerical experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. (Required)

Pay Range: $22.84 - $28.85
Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
