About the role

The Director of Property Accounting plays a key leadership role at Mills Properties, serving as a member of our Senior Leadership Team and a strategic partner to the business. This position oversees all property accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial support across our portfolio. The Director leads reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while directly managing and developing senior members of the accounting team. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-driven leader who enjoys building strong teams and driving financial excellence in a growing organization.

The Director of Property Accounting reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is based at our Home Office in St. Louis, Missouri.
