Position Summary: 

The Quality Improvement Associate Director is primarily responsible for enhancing the quality-of-service delivery through data governance, analysis, and strategic insights. Working closely with the Quality Assurance Associate Director and service delivery leaders, this position aims to provide stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of our service outcomes and impact. Key responsibilities include generating outcome and impact models, developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards, managing stakeholder satisfaction surveys, and identifying best practices and innovative solutions for service improvements.

Position Responsibilities:

The following represents the primary position responsibilities, but other related duties may be assigned to meet the organization's needs.

Data Governance and Analysis: 

• Oversee data governance to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data. 
• Perform in-depth data analysis to generate outcome and impact models, providing actionable insights into the quality-of-service delivery.
• Act as one of the administrators to the Electronic Health Record systems, overseeing user management and ensuring documentation processes in compliance with external rules and regulations. 

Service Quality Outcome Models:

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators, helping stakeholders understand the organization's performance and quality of services.
• Utilize predictive analytics to support informed strategic decision-making aimed at improving service quality. Analyze trends and patterns to forecast future outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder satisfaction surveys, including the design, distribution, and analysis of surveys. Conduct interviews and focus groups to gather qualitative data on stakeholder experiences and satisfaction.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on quality improvement activities, outcomes, and recommendations. Maintain accurate documentation of all quality improvement initiatives and processes.

Best Practices and Innovation: 

• Research and identify best practices in the field of disability services. Pilot innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and improve organizational operations. 
• Oversee and facilitate the Quality Enhancement Committee, in coordination with various reporting subcommittees, to ensure continuous growth and improvement in service quality and operational effectiveness. 
• Assess and analyze current processes within the organization. 
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of services.

Training and Education:

• Provide training and education to staff members on quality improvement activities, best practices for service-delivery, outcome modeling, and data governance.
• Collaborate with peers for cross-training of duties, especially peers within the Quality Department.

Requirements

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as data science, public health, social work, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, quality improvement, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
