Service Advisor– Kenworth Trucks
Rosedale, MD | All Roads Trucks/Kenworth of Baltimore If you are friendly, energetic and customer focused, we want to talk to you! Kenworth of Baltimore is hiring an experienced Service Advisor (heavy-duty experience preferred) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact with our customers, managing communication throughout the repair process and serving as the liaison between customers and the dealership. You’ll use your automotive/mechanical service knowledge to understand customer needs, set expectations, and ensure every customer receives first-class service. Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary plus commission $45,000-$75,000
• Full Time M-F 7 am - 4 pm. Every 5th Saturday with extra pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with dealership standards
• Schedule appointments and prepare accurate repair estimates
• Advise customers on appropriate vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications
• Document repair and service orders accurately and efficiently
• Stay current with industry trends and apply knowledge to daily activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Follow up with customers on repair status, changes, and pick-up times
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Prior automotive or service advisor experience (heavy-duty preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
