We are looking for a:
VMHS International Label Content and Artwork Coordinator
(full-time, 40 hours per week)
As VMHS (Vitamin Mineral Herbal Supplement) International Label Content and Artwork Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating the entire label process, from gathering input to delivering compliant and approved artworks. You work together with various internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing, Operation, Quality, Regulatory, Medical Affairs and artwork suppliers.
As International Label Content and Artwork Coordinator, your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and coordinating master label content (LIS/English) based on input from Label Information Management Specialist and markets
- Ensuring the coordination of consistent and compliant information on labels, in all languages and formats
- Monitoring deadlines and following up on the artwork approval process
- Verifying food safety elements on labels at global level
- Managing artwork projects, including briefing to printer delivery
- Maintaining and improving labelling processes, tools, and glossaries
- Reporting and documenting progress and incidents
- Actively participating in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions
We expect the following from an International Label Content and Artwork Coordinator:
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in labelling/artwork project management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in international project coordination and workflow management
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and supply chain processes
- Experience with external agencies and suppliers (prepress, design, print is an advantage)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
- Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills
- Independent, accurate, flexible, and proactive
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude and able to take initiative
As International Label Content and Artwork Coordinator, you report to VMHS International Text & Design Manager and are part of the Global Operations department of NHSc.
