Description:

Position: Quality & Compliance Assistant – Trinity Health PACE

Position Purpose
Support the Quality Improvement (QI) and Compliance Program for the PACE organization, helping to ensure regulatory readiness and a culture of continuous improvement. Assist with data collection, audits, and reporting to support safe, high-quality care for participants.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of the annual QI/Compliance plan

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor performance and compliance

  • Assist with internal audits, surveys, and regulatory reporting

  • Coordinate communications with regulatory agencies and contracted partners

  • Help track and resolve participant grievances and appeals

  • Contribute to satisfaction surveys and improvement projects

  • Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and procedures

  • Support business continuity and disaster response plans

  • Attend training sessions to stay current with regulations and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or 3+ years of related experience. A combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to ethical conduct

  • Must meet NC health clearance requirements prior to hire
