Director of Technology Advisory

Location: Philadelphia or Pittsburgh Travel: 25%, covering the Heartland's region Office Presence: 3 days in office

Job Summary: The Director of Technology Advisory drives business success by leveraging JLL's extensive technology stack at the point of sale. This role educates and enables brokers across the Heartland's region to integrate JLL's technologies into client conversations, winning more business through innovative approaches. This position will have a measurable impact on business revenue and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technology expert for sales teams in the local market
• Articulate tech-enabled sales stories to external clients and prospects with strong executive presence
• Act as a tech sales engineer in client meetings and sales presentations with the ability to curate custom solutions based on the need at hand
• Drive awareness and adoption of technology across JLL's core business lines
• Demonstrate multiple technology solutions spanning the entire real estate lifecycle
• Assist in developing RFP responses and pursuit content
• Partner with Sales Enablement teams on client presentations
• Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Masters degreed preferred
• Impressive ability to communicate and present in front of brokers and clients
• 7+ years of relevant experience in technology sales, management consulting, or commercial real estate
• Subject matter expertise in assigned business line domains
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, impactful recommendations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

On-site –Philadelphia, PA, Pittsburgh, PA
