Workforce Solutions Manager:
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Workforce Solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our Workforce Solutions products.
Partner with the EDU Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients .
Liaison between our customers and internal teams.
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client fulfillment.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by working with internal partners to improve processes.
Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders such as workforce & sales to successfully understand current tools and processes and help further development of tools, programs, and processes to increase customer satisfaction.
Become customer advocate by understanding needs of customer and current program options
Required skills to have for the success of this role
BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to role.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of workforce/staffing industry.
Foster collaboration and motivate virtual teams to achieve high performance together.
Partners effectively within a cross-functional virtual team.
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, ability to present.
Skilled at balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks
Capable of working autonomously and driven by internal motivation
