Our Offshore Wind team in the US is growing!  Join our team as we shape the future of renewables in the US.

As part of our global Offshore Talent Acquisition team, “Attract & Recruit”, you would be based in our Boston office and work closely with all levels of our growing US organization. Ensuring the best experience for both candidates and hiring managers is at the heart of our daily recruiting journey while constantly searching for creative ways to find new talent, optimizing our US recruiting strategy, new technologies to embrace or how to engage across various new diversity channels/groups. 

 

 

Responsibilities

• You would be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process across different business areas and position experience levels. Your Hiring Managers will value the close collaboration ,consultancy and partnership they experience with you on aligned recruiting strategies that you will influence and lead from position to position
• In your role, you will bring our Inhouse Recruiting approach to life. Depending on the specific case, this could lead to “Active Sourcing” initiatives either virtual, event or user group focused
• Proactive Talent Pooling of passive candidates plays an important role in how we recruit now and especially for the future. Therefore, you develop local sourcing and talent pipelines as well as initiatives to build diverse talent pools and work closely with our hiring managers to align and partner on how we collaborate to engage individuals within those talent pools
• You will also work closely with our global teams on projects internationally as we continue to find new ways to leverage and improve how we recruit
• Work closely with the broader global and US HR team as an innovative and engaged partner with an aligned focus on “one team” as we contribute to building an amazing culture in the US that aligns to RWE’s values “Energy for a sustainable life”
• Actively maintain relationships with select external agencies for select positions that would require their partnership and collaboration

 

 

 Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social economics, psychology or comparable - with a personnel-related focus such as human resources management or organizational psychology
• 4 plus years direct recruiting experience in the field of talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment
• A broad understanding of modern selection methods and techniques. Thanks to your past role(s) you are familiar with recruiting strategies and relevant KPIs as well
• Your mindset can be described as service- and solution-oriented. We can count on your consulting skills as well as your ability to build trustful relationships
• Enhanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, ATS systems, Microsoft Teams and contact management systems would be needed.
• Direct experience from within the renewable business would be considered a valuable and considered closely
• Fluent English is a absolute must and additional language fluencies such as German would be ideal
