Senior Product Manager, ERP Financial Accounting Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – ERP Financial Accounting Solutions to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our accounting software portfolio. This role is ideal for a product leader with a strong background in financial accounting systems, ERP software, and cross-functional product development.
Position Overview
As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for iRely's Financial Accounting solutions across our ERP platforms. You will work closely with customers, implementation teams, software development, executive leadership, and global technical teams to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives while driving product innovation and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for iRely's Financial Accounting product portfolio.
- Establish product vision, priorities, and long-term growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitive opportunities to drive innovation.
- Develop business cases and product investment recommendations for executive leadership.
Portfolio Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of accounting software products, from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancement.
- Monitor portfolio performance and utilize data-driven insights to optimize product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate market opportunities and recommend new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in partnership with sales and marketing teams.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, leadership teams, and stakeholders regarding product strategy and industry trends.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Participate in customer meetings, user conferences, industry events, and product demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers and partners to drive product adoption and innovation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration between Product Management, Development, Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Work closely with U.S.-based and international development teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Prioritize product requirements and translate business needs into actionable product specifications.
- Drive alignment across departments to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Product Excellence & Innovation
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, usability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product organization.
- Ensure product decisions align with customer value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
