Production Associate (HPP)

Arden’s Garden is Atlanta’s original fresh juice company, committed to providing our community with the highest-quality cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and healthy foods. We are looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join our High Pressure Processing (HPP) Department and help us deliver safe, fresh, and nutritious products to our customers.

Position Summary:
As a Production Associate in the HPP department, you will play a key role in ensuring our juices and smoothies meet safety and quality standards. This role involves operating equipment, handling product packaging, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor high pressure processing (HPP) equipment.

• Load and unload products into HPP baskets for processing.

• Ensure product quality and food safety standards are met at all times.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company safety guidelines.

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished goods.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a cold and fast-paced production setting.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety/quality protocols.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
