SAP DevOps Engineer

Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more.&nbsp;</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> </div></div><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to automate build, test, and deployment processes</li> <li>Integrate and manage toolchains including Jira, SAP Solution Manager (Solman) CHaRM, SonarQube, and Fortify DAST</li> <li>Collaborate with SAP ABAP developers, functional teams, and security stakeholders to translate requirements into automated pipeline capabilities</li> <li>Conduct analysis of alternative DevOps tools and recommend modern, open‑source solutions to enhance the pipeline</li> <li>Create and maintain detailed documentation for pipeline configurations, architecture, and development team usage</li> <li>Manage automated testing and security scanning workflows, ensuring code quality and security compliance</li> <li>Provide strategic guidance on the evolution of the DevSecOps platform, including enhancements, scaling, and new tool integrations</li> <li>Mentor and train team members on DevOps best practices and effective use of the pipeline</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Here’s what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role</li> <li>Experience working in SAP environments, including SAP transport management and Solman CHaRM</li> <li>Familiarity with SAP development lifecycles and ABAP development pipelines</li> <li>Proven experience designing and managing complex CI/CD pipelines, preferably in GitLab</li> <li>Hands‑on experience with Jira and pipeline automation</li> <li>Experience with SonarQube <strong>OR</strong> Fortify <strong>OR</strong> similar SAST/DAST tools</li
