Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

What you'll do as the Project Manager:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members on a proactive basis. Ensure that team members have a clear understanding of their roles and tasks.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules. Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Facilitate project status meetings and prepare reports for senior management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure risk management strategies are followed and adjusted as necessary.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Conduct quality control checks and implement necessary changes to meet high standards
• Determine and allocate resources (staff, equipment, etc.) needed to reach project objectives and manage them effectively and efficiently.
•  Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

To be a success as the Project Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree
• Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, JIRA)
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Self- directed, Critical Thinker, Outstanding interpersonal skills, Organized ;
• Must stay current with annual compliance training and certifications
