Asst. Group Practice Administrator - Family Medicine Residency

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your Role:

• Responsible for maintaining efficient day to day practice facility operations.
• Manage the human and physical resources required for appropriate patient flow.
• Assure financial business records/registrations/patient medical records are correct.
• Train office staff and maintain computer operations for proper patient billing and report generation.
• Fill in on an as needed basis.
• Act as liaison between the practice and Medical Outreach, Central Billing Office and other TMH departments.

• LPN
• Medical Assistant
• Office Coordinator
• Radiologic Technician
• Patient Account Coordinator II
• Front Office Supervisor

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and three (3) years job related experience
• or High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years job related experience.

 

Required Experience:

• Three (3) years of job-related supervisory experience, with a bachelor’s degree
• or five (5) years job related experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
