We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, provide high-quality support, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

• Prepare reports on account status and customer feedback.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
