Global Merchant & Network Services primarily focuses on the businesses that accept our cards. We bring together the businesses that manage and evolve the company's relationships with the millions of merchants around the world that accept American Express, as well as the team that runs the company’s payment network and manages bank partnerships globally.  

Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) drives the development of new payment services and products for the American Express Global Network Issuers, Acquirers and Merchants and is responsible for the payment network, safely and securely processing more than ~$1.6 trillion in transaction volume globally each year. 

About The Role

The Senior Manager, Network Operations & Communications is responsible for all operational and organizational planning, processes, reporting, and associated communications.

The Senior Manager will drive cross-team initiatives that enable the Network to plan, operate, report and communicate effectively on its progress. The Senior Manager will be expected to create strong governance structures and build cohesive operational processes that will set the team up for success.

In addition, the Senior Manager will work directly with senior leaders to develop a broad perspective on the progress and associated metrics/KPIs across Network Products & Enablement, producing, publishing and socializing reporting (such as product packages) that will inform critical business decisions.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
