About The Role: 

This position is dedicated to providing exceptional quality service to our guests. The main responsibility of this role is to serve guests' needs by providing expert knowledge of food menu items, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, as well as information regarding preparation methods.  The ideal candidate will provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. What You Will Do: 

• Be part of the pre-opening team! 

• Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, and information about menu items and preparation methods.   

• Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sale system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions. 

• Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner.   

• Upsell patrons on higher priced wine and food items to achieve the sales goals of the department. 

• Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments. 

• Provide quick and efficient service, while following state and city alcohol laws and adhering to Four Seasons standards of service and sequence of service.  

• Follow all health and safety regulations, restaurant standards, and daily side work.
