Position Summary:
The Associate Director – US Field Platform Strategy, is a key position in the WW Customer Engagement Platforms team. The AD of US Field Platform Strategy will influence and oversee an integrated and seamless customer engagement platform for Field teams within the US. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and evolution of our Field CRM platform, which will include the creation of roadmaps, standards, operating models, and measurement in coordination with matrix partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Business ownership of relevant platform and channels used for US Field Engagement with HCPs.
Platform Optimization: Assists with driving the evaluation and optimization of existing platforms to ensure they provide an exceptional user experience and meet compliance requirements. Partner with the IT and BI&A on Op models and platform roadmaps
Identifies key connection points across matrix partners (Brands, Markets, Engagement Planners, Medical, BI&A, Commercial, Clinical Trials, IT, procurement, business, legal, medical, regulatory (MLR), compliance and others) to consult on well thought out execution of activities to support the GtM model and Field initiatives.
Partner closely with other internal and external teams to ensure organizational alignment and availability of relevant engagement platforms.
Extensive experience and subject matter expertise - Interface with various teams to understand their business needs, educate them on available capabilities and drive alignment on path forward for their business.
Vendor relationship management: Needed to understand the evolution of the platform and to influence the future roadmap to support the business needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidate should possess 5+ years focused on US Field engagement, including strategy/roadmaps, op models, execution, and Innovation.
Field Sales/ Operations experience is a plus.
Experience with Veena platforms.
Experience interfacing with different levels of organization.
Proven track record of coordinating and collaboration across multiple teams to prioritize varying business objectives and drive action to meet business requirements; recognized as an SME with credibility in conflict management and expectation management.
Proven track record of planning, prioritizing, and driving new and evolving capabilities within a complex organization.
Development/execution through effective project management and internal negotiation skills to build consensus and manage expectations.
Prioritize a wide range of tasks with an understanding of the big picture and inter-dependencies across processes and systems.
Provide architectural, solution and technical oversight for multiple projects at a time, including sharing expertise on standards, guidelines, and design patterns for Veeva, based on industry best practices.
A proven track record of leading and working with complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavors and delivering solutions.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
Experience working with commercial and medical/R&D business partners preferred.
