Position Overview:

Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Week 3 & 4: Off
• Location: Hornbeak, TN
• Patient Care: G-tube management

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and impactful in-home patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in Tennessee.
• Passionate about patient care with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience with G-tube management is a plus.
