Senior Quality Manager

Tyto Athene is searching for highly qualified Senior Quality Manager to support U.S. Southern Command on the SCITES II Contract in Doral, Florida.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic governance leadership in ensuring the organization’s IT initiatives are aligned with governance frameworks, regulatory mandates, and cybersecurity standards.
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing IT governance models, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with applicable DoD policies, federal regulations, and organizational goals.
• Close collaboration with cybersecurity teams, enterprise architects, acquisition officials, and senior leadership to guide strategic decisions, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support mission-critical IT programs.
• Design and implement governance frameworks, policies, and processes for enterprise IT programs.
• Conduct and document risk assessments, control reviews, and corrective action planning.
• Monitor and report on compliance posture, leveraging tools such as eMASS, Xacta, and GRC platforms.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on governance impacts related to cloud adoption, data protection, and cybersecurity.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects that meet governance, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making processes within the organization for quality control and reporting metrics across the program.
• Support 24/7/365 operations at Doral, FL, COOP, Exercises, and Deployments

Required:

• 10+ years of experience and HS or AA/AS or BA/BS or MA/MS

Desired:

• Master’s Degree in IT Management or Systems Engineering, or related discipline.

Certification:

• PMP
• IAM Level III

Desired

• CGRC (Certified in Governance, Risk and Compliance)
