Sr. Project Manager 

Job Summary:  
As a Sr. Project Manager at PatientPoint, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver key organizational projects and programs. You will drive alignment between strategic business goals and operational execution. You will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring organizational goals, timelines, and budgets are met. This role offers a great opportunity to hit the ground running as part of our growing PMO, with the chance to make an organizational impact and allows you to own project success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.   

What You’ll Do:  

  • Lead end-to-end management of high-priority projects, ensuring clear scope, objectives, and deliverables.   
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, establish timelines, and track progress.   
  • Manage project resources and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing risks or roadblocks.   
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and outcomes.   
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, schedules, and status reports.   
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.   
  • Act as a liaison between teams to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly.   
  • Ensure adherence to PatientPoint’s quality standards, policies, and best practices.  

 

What We Need:  

  • 6+ years of Project Management experience, including leading complex, high-visibility initiatives.   
  • Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or related fields and or equivalent experience.  
  • Strong mentoring skills and ability to develop team talent.   
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and manage organizational change.    
  • Strong written and verbal skills, comfortable presenting to large and small groups.    

 

Desired Qualifications:  

  • PMP certification  
  • Prior experience as a software developer, tester, or product manager is a plus.   
  • Experience in the Digital Ad space is a plus.
