This is an opportunity to join and lead our team in the Food and Beverage department, both The Falls Restaurant and Brasserie.</p><ul></ul><p>Key Responsibilities Include:</p><ul><li>Training and supervising team members, fostering a cohesive team environment.</li><li>Managing stock levels and placing orders as required.</li><li>Ensuring thedepartment and its team are fully prepared for each service.</li><li>Warmly greeting customers and ensuring their needs are met.</li><li>Providing detailed menu information and addressing guest inquiries.</li><li>Organizing and fulfilling booking requirements for individuals and larger parties.</li><li>Maintaining adherence to official standards of hygiene, service, and licensing regulations.</li><li>Promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs related to buildings, furniture, or equipment.</li></ul><p>At Sheen Falls Lodge and Ring of Kerry Golf, we are committed to fostering diversity and sustaining an inclusive culture.
