WHAT YOU’LL DO
Project Planning
- Responsible for defining a project’s scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
- Development of a project plan that outlines the tasks, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones needed to achieve the project goals.
Resource Management
- Management of internal, freelance and vendor resources. .
- Scheduling, and ensuring the entire project team has the tools and materials needed to succeed.
Budget Management
- Management of estimating costs, setting budgets, and controlling spending.
- Regular financial reporting to provide ongoing updates on the Brand Teams financial health is key to maintaining transparency and managing expectations.
Stakeholder Communication and Partnership
- Responsible for communication with stakeholders, team members, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.
- Conducting and attending meetings, and being the point of contact for any inquiries related to the project.
Asana ticketing and tracking
- Responsible for being the gatekeeper and facilitator of the Asana ticketing process.
- Always looking to improve and find efficiencies.
Development of Self Service Capabilities
- Work with the Brand Team to slowly develop self-serve capabilities for copy, video and visual ID assets.
- Work on Canva templating, DAM management, intro of AI capabilities. The more we can teach our Marketing team to self-serve the more time we have for larger projects.
WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of Project Management or Creative Operations experience in the client-side, in-house creative agency side of marketing.
- Strong understanding of the creative elements/requirements that go into marketing materials (ie. social and ad campaigns, email blasts, case study videos etc.)
- Deep experience in project management tools and other office tools such as Asana, and Canva
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle a large volume of tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
- High EQ: works well with others and adept at building positive relationships, resolving conflicts, and fostering a harmonious atmosphere within a team.
Bonus Points:
- SaaS platform experience.
- Experience with setting up/running a successful self-service model within a marketing org.
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $81,000 and $88,200/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $90,000 and $98,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full- and part- time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.
