A key responsibility will be to interpret and analyze data to generate actionable insights, presenting them in an accessible format to both internal and external stakeholders. It also requires establishing, implementing, and continuously improving dashboards showing KPIs and seamlessly coordinate these information with other business areas. This role is an exciting opportunity for those who can blend business acumen with technical knowledge and operate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will consistently monitor VTS team dynamics to determine new opportunities, focusing on new data-driven strategies, process optimization techniques, and automation practices that will position Visa as the market leader.

  • Play an active role in our digital strategy with a data-driven mindset, innovating in the digital space with new strategies or solutions related to the current infrastructure and the future of business decision-making.

  • Identify new opportunities using Analytics and business intelligence, providing business vision on the latest trends and technologies and how to leverage them into the future of business strategy.

  • Be responsible for supporting the VTS team in all types of products and manage new changes such as dashboard improvements, KPI definitions, and process automation based on analytical capabilities.

  • Be responsible for operational plans, annual KPIs, and creating plans for their region, based on alignment with other teams and close collaboration with the Product teams.

  • Provide support to clients and internal stakeholders on Visa Token Services (setting goals, planning roll-out activities, maintaining, and regularly updating the project pipeline).

  • Main responsibilities require excellent communication skills and the ability to present current and new capabilities leading to practical business solutions.

  • Proactively educate the Visa organization on analytics evolution, new use cases, and available capabilities to continue to transform the ecosystem and identify market development and partner opportunities.
