What will I be doing?
As a PT Mini Bar Attendant, you will uphold the highest standards of service across all hotel room service. You will collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience by performing the following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and fulfill guest orders accurately and promptly.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items, updates, and promotional offerings.
· Keep service areas clean, organized, and fully prepared for operations.
· Ensure accurate and efficient settlement of all guest accounts.
· Respond to guest inquiries politely and professionally, providing assistance as needed.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Restock mini bars: Take inventory and replenish mini-bar items using handheld point-of-sale (POS) system while verifying product expiration dates
Prepare guest checks with care: Accurately document and process guest checks for mini bar usage to ensure proper billing
Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform regular checks to confirm mini bars are functioning properly and report/address any operational issues
Maintain cleanliness: Clean and organize mini bars to ensure guest satisfaction
