About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead a high-performing team of Technical Integration Consultants and Developers. This role is responsible for delivering complex, enterprise-grade integrations for ONESOURCE Global Trade and Legal Tracker solutions across a global client base. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for driving operational excellence in integration delivery.

About the Role

In this opportunity for the Senior Manager role you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of integration consultants and developers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical integrations, ensuring high quality, on-time execution, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to align integration strategies with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage resource planning, project prioritization, and workload balancing across the team.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex integration challenges and client issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all integration work.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to integration delivery and team performance.

About You

You're a fit for the Senior Manager role of if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in technical integration, software development, or related roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a people management or leadership role.
  • Proven experience delivering integrations for enterprise platforms such as ONESOURCE Global Trade and Legal Tracker (or similar legal operations platforms).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, middleware, and integration frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment is a plus.
