Summary

As a Learning Experience Designer, Media & AI, you will play a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that support the skills and effectiveness of our sales team. Your primary focus will be on creating high-impact visual content, leveraging existing materials and brand standards to produce microlearning bursts, animated explainers, and engaging video tutorials. You will partner with subject matter experts to translate complex sales concepts into visually compelling and easily digestible content. Expertise in leveraging AI-powered tools is essential to drive innovation and elevate our learning experiences to the next level.

What You'll Do

Learning Experience Design & Content Creation

• Design and develop enablement training materials with a strong focus on high-quality visual content, including animated explainers, short-form video tutorials, and interactive motion graphics.
• Repurpose and transform existing long-form content into engaging microlearning bursts that resonate with a modern sales audience.
• Use visual storytelling, graphic design, and animation to create captivating training resources that communicate complex concepts clearly and reinforce brand identity.

AI Integration + Strategy

• Utilize AI-powered tools like HeyGen and Synthesia to enhance media production, such as generating voice-overs and creating video content from scripts.
• Design training materials that help sales teams use AI tools effectively in their sales process.
• Bring your creative visual ideas to learning strategies that incorporate a variety of media formats, such as animated infographics, interactive video scenarios, and short-form video series.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with Revenue leaders, Product Marketing, and subject matter experts to understand training needs and translate them into compelling video and animated learning materials.
• Partner with program managers to ensure alignment with sales goals.
• Collaborate with brand, marketing, and documentation teams to promote the reuse of existing assets and ensure all training materials align with our brand philosophy.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and creative repurposing of content.
• Proficiency with professional video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
• Proven experience with leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance media production, such as generating voice-overs, creating B-roll footage, or assisting with visual concepting.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling and adult learning principles, with an interest in sales-focused training.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple media projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to effectively translate complex ideas into visually engaging content and work with cross-functional teams.
