CVS Careside is a new and rapidly scaling business within CVS Health where the best-in-class population health capabilities across our Health Care Delivery organization are deployed to manage Medicare Advantage members delegated to our risk-bearing entity. Position Summary
The Operations Analyst will support Careside in facilitating data management, analysis, and reporting capabilities that inform day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to key areas outlined below:
- Provide critical support in the collection, processing, validation, and integration of data from disparate sources
- Regularly assess data quality, identify issues, and support resolution
- Assist with streamlining, optimizing, and automating data management and reporting processes
- Contribute to the development of internal dashboards that meet the needs of business and operational end users
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis; produce insights to support root cause analyses
- Support the development of product requirements that enable data collection, reporting, and analysis
- Refresh internal and client-facing reporting; ensure final deliverables are complete and accurate
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and investigative skills; very detail oriented
- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn new technology and applications quickly
- Well organized and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Prep
- Experience writing SQL
- Healthcare related experience
- Experience translating business questions into thoughtful data analysis and/or visualization
Education
High School Diploma or GED Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
