Your contribution will help keep things running efficiently for both our colleagues and customers.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Hungary</li><li>Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues</li><li>Taking ownership of the issue</li><li>Escalating contacts efficiently</li></ul>" You will need <p><strong>For this role you will have:</strong></p><ul><li>Graduate/ high school education</li><li>Native or advanced Hungarian language </li><li>Intermediate English </li><li>Nice to have Slovak/Czech language </li><li>Experience in Customer Service is an advantage</li><li>Basic Computer Skills</li><li>Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint)</li><li>Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest</li></ul><p><strong>Working hours:</strong> 20 hours/week<br/><strong>5 days a shift: </strong>Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM<br/><strong>Days off are provided in line with Hungarian labour law.</strong></p><p> </p> About us <p>We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019.
