As the Information Technology Graduate, you'll lead IT initiatives and projects through requirements gathering, testing, and release management. Reporting to an IT Project Manager, you will support several teams across the organization to improve applications and systems while enhancing operational efficiency and business growth.
Job Description
COLLABORATION
Work cross-functionally to gather, analyze, and document requirements, serving as a bridge between several teams, vendors, and the business
Validate requirements with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring the process meets our strategic priorities
STRATEGIC ANALYST
Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional design documents
Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to inform decision-making processes
Analyze business processes and system behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
APPLICATION TESTING & RELEASE MANAGEMENT
Work across the IT department to lead, plan, and execute delivery of product releases
Develop test scripts to ensure requirements are met and are ready for user acceptance testing
Oversee defect management by ensuring issues are logged, documented, and resolved throughout each release in collaboration with vendors and stakeholders
Identify, execute, and support tasks before a release to guarantee a seamless transition to the latest product version
Help provide go-live support and issue monitoring during production releases
DOCUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT
Help develop training materials and provide train-the-trainer sessions to ensure successful adoption of our IT solutions
Create requirements, test scripts, and defects within our project management toolset (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
Qualifications
Proven excellence in academic pursuits
A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
A strong sense of ownership and focus on seeing tasks through to completion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest in analytics and problem-solving
Bachelor's degree (completed by July 2025)
Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Experience with ERP Systems (ex. SAP) is considered a plus
Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
Additional Information
The salary for this position is $80,000
