Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Specialist, Scheduling Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for manageing the scheduling for select resources within Operations. The role must balance operational efficiencies against the production plan provided from the Master Scheduler for the product. This role will serve as a backup to the other Scheduling Analysts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requires full-time onsite attendance.
• Creation of sequence for select resources
• Establish sequence for select resources for weeks 0-3
• Work with Planning and Operations to ensure adherence to scheduling standards and lot size targets.
• Collaborate with Master Schedulers to ensure viability of sequence for weeks 4-6
• Work with Maintenance and others consuming capacity to ensure preparedness for established sequence
• Escalate capacity conflicts to Senior Scheduling Analyst and / or Master Schedulers
• Manage job board tickets and facilitate supply chain alignment (job board) meeting for assigned flow(s)
• Lead manufacturing and packaging sequencing meetings for assigned flow(s)
• Maintaining Resource master data for assigned resources
• Recipe master data maintenance as required
• Serve as a backup for master data maintenance as needed, including:
• Production yield and component scrap factor master data
•Resource master data
•Resource calibration activities for manufacturing and packaging

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of relevant detail-oriented experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors’ Degree
• SAP experience
Skills:
• Ability to lead and deliver positive results through teamwork and collaboration with customers
• Demonstrated knowledge of MRP/MPS and Master Data in MRP system
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office
• Demonstrated planning and organizing, analytical skills, problem solving, project management and communication skills
• Collaborative approach to problem solving
• Continuous Improvement mindset
