Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Own and drive SAP and Oracle Cloud  solutions to support enterprise applications  in Procure to Pay business function
  • Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement SAP and/or Oracle Cloud ERP solutions that meet business requirements, follow industry  best practice, and enrich the user experience
  • Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives
  • Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Procure to Pay space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
  • Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
  • Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment such as blue printing, business confirmation, or testing workshops
  • Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the P2P space
  • Develop and mentor junior team members
  • Evaluate new technology and make relevant users requirement documents; as well as translate business needs into system dimensions and provide relevant solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree with > 10 years working experience in STP modules support.
  • Minimum 15 years practical experience in either in SAP functional solution design and delivery or any other major ERP solution
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals or any other leading ERP professionals
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
  • Hands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, Ariba, MM, IM
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect
  • History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders
