The successful candidate will be responsible for operating all equipment in order to produce the full line of Kemin products while maintaining all Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards. They will ensure the quality of finished products is correct in appearance, specifications, and labeling making it delicious, nutritious and safe for our beloved pets.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and process raw materials for production per manufacturing order and enter data via computer system.
  • Operate and monitor assigned equipment by following established procedures in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
  • Troubleshoot automated equipment and other equipment issues. Report all equipment issues to supervisor and/or maintenance.
  • Correctly sample, package, seal, label, palletize and wrap products.
  • Communicate and work closely with other departments including Quality, Auditing, Maintenance, Inventory and Research and Development.
  • Complete department sanitation duties.
  • Operate various types of heavy equipment incl
