• The primary purpose of the Budget Data Analyst (Operations & Policy Analyst 3) is to support BPA (Budget Planning and Analysis) in reporting requirements for position and budget allocation and utilization across the agency for budgetary and workload requirements. This position evaluates, analyze, interprets, and delivers data to Senior Budget Analysts, program, and agency leadership. They will develop, implement, and validate ad hoc and ongoing reports, through complex data queries, data analysis, and creating automated reports. They translate metrics and data to agency business needs and technical specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards and support strategic fiscal analysis and planning.
