Digital Battlespace Chief of Mission Integration Manager

Key Role:
Advance the technology offerings of our rapidly growing Digital Battlespace portfolio. Focus on identifying key client pain points in our Mission Areas and Accounts and design technical solutions in close collaboration with Digital Battlespace Product Managers. Identify “left of requirement” mission technology gaps and synchronize Digital Battlespace, U.S. technology company, and Booz Ventures stakeholders to close those gaps via last-mile missionization product efforts. Expand and strengthen the integration between Booz Allen Ventures’ portfolio companies and Booz Allen’s current and future opportunities. Participate in industry forums, events, symposiums, and speaking engagements. Provide leadership to next-level leaders supporting the broader Booz Allen strategy agenda through reviewing and recommending adjustments to portfolio companies to include product road map adjustments, developing client and contract access, and talent acquisition. Align Booz Allen technical and strategic resources to portfolio companies and identify future portfolio companies.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in DoD operations

• 10+ years of experience in people management

• Experience working at a defense start-up and with the defense venture capital ecosystem

• Experience with current technology trends and U.S. Government mission requirements

• Experience with managing a portfolio of clients and programs

• Knowledge of Autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, operational and tactical edge computing, or data environments

• Knowledge of government contracting requirements, proposal writing, and overall capture process

• Ability to analyze current needs and identify viable business development opportunities between early-stage companies and the government

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with defense business development
