About the Team

Our New Verticals Strategy & Operations team is re-inventing the way consumers think about grocery, convenience, alcohol and retail delivery through both our first-party and third-party operations businesses. DashMart is our first-party offering which serves as a fulfillment platform for DoorDash customers when they need essential items in a hurry – including groceries, household essentials, local favorites and so much more. We have sites all over the country and are expanding the selection we carry and services we offer our customers today!

About the Role

We are hiring a Team Lead to join the DashMart Supply Chain team, focused on the accurate end-to-end ingestion of data from vendor catalogs to our internal systems so that we can maximize the inventory ordering efficiency. You will lead and manage a 4-6 person team who perform catalog outreach, cleaning, review, and upload. You will build an understanding of our vendor data at the lowest level of detail and apply that knowledge to improve team processes and highlight key drivers of data discrepancies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with data analysis and team management, supervising two or more direct reports
• Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing data-related processes 
• Experience with communicating with external partners 
• Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
