Luna would like to welcome a dedicated Physician Success Specialist to join our growing clinical team! This role is critical in fostering the highest clinical quality and success of partner physicians, VIP physicians, and referral sources by creating a streamlined experience for those who give and receive outpatient at-home rehabilitative care through the Luna platform. The Physician Success Specialist is dedicated to effective escalation management, clinical support, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Experienced in physical therapy and want to make a transition to a non-clinical role? This is wonderful opportunity for you to do just that! Apply your clinical skills, without direct treatment, and facilitate meaningful interactions for physicians, physical therapists, and patients who rely on Luna PT to heal!

How you will have an impact

• Pathways account management: maintaining SOPs, communication on pathways health & outcomes.
• Identify pathways issues and manage cross-functionally.
• Manage physician's pathways for adherence, clinical success, and reporting.
• Training of Physician Success Specialist I.
• Dashboard utilization.

What you can offer Luna

• Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience in a Physical Therapy setting.
• Case/account/project manager or patient care coordination or PT office manager with 4-6 years of experience.
• Requires a two-year college degree, or job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare data management systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, such as HIPAA and CMS.
• Able to work independently and proactively with good judgement
• Customer experience obsessed with professional acumen and presence
