Grove Bay Concessions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations at TF Green Airport.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our concession's venues, including Providence Provisions, Wolfgang Puck, and others. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Coordinate and manage communication between different departments and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all concessions venues.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data as required.
• Support management with special projects and events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
