Job Description
The Operations Manager, Finance plays a key role, ensuring our daily operations run efficiently to meet company revenue and DSO goals by finding ways to enhance employees’ work quality and productivity through analysis of both systems and processes. As a member of the management team, you will be instrumental in translating complex strategies into actionable steps to both increase revenue and remove barriers that could negatively impact DSO.

What you will do:
- Assist the Senior Director, Customer Billing and Collections, and other members of the management team, with rolling out pilots and new initiatives across various finance teams responsible for invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Create and maintain tools for the teams to track and report outcomes of pilots and initiatives.
- Enforce data integrity procedures of the tools to ensure accuracy of data outcomes.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports of activities and outcomes of pilots and initiatives to be shared across the organization by gathering data from multiple systems and sources.
- Audit and maintain various databases weekly to ensure they are synchronized to assure timely and proper invoice delivery.
- Work as a liaison between the community team and customer organizations when reporting moves through various programs to ensure necessary and accurate data is received.
- Work cross functionally with various teams across the organization to increase revenue.
- Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition when customer communities change management companies including updating account information, contact data, and other key data fields across multiple systems.
- Provide technical support to customers utilizing YayPay, our online invoicing and payments portal.
- Become a subject matter expert in all systems including Charges Platform, Salesforce, YGL, Great Plains, and YayPay to troubleshoot issues and support internal teams.
- Assist the development and QA teams by testing and providing appropriate feedback before and after releases.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to analyze complex situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
- The ability to think analytically for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
- Capable of adjusting strategies or processes in response to dynamic business environments and unexpected changes.
- A keen eye for detail to identify potential operational inefficiencies, mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
