Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in New Orleans. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of high-quality events, ensuring that every detail reflects the excellence Elevare Branding is known for.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing corporate and private events from start to finish.

• Support event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and smooth event operations.

• Assist with on-site event setup, management, and post-event follow-up.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all events.
