This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.
1st Shift 7am- 5:30pm starting Monday thru Friday
ESSENTIALS ELEMENTS:
Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
Identifies and check materials to be used in the production.
- Verifies that the correct materials and the correct lots are being pulled.
Weighs all material needed, checking all materials and weights. Completes paper work.
Operates equipment to move materials.
Loads mixer and blends material for required amount of time.
Empties mixture into proper container.
Weighs completed formulas to accurate measures.
Operates drying equipment as per established procedures.
Operate forklift (mount & dismount) & operate electric power jack.
Advances paper work to its proper place.
Must be able to identify all material used.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs of raw material.
Must be able to push cones of raw materials over 330 lbs
Must be able to stand long periods of time.
Consistently promotes and maintains a harmonious/productive team effort.
Contributes to the department team effort by helping the team achieve the results needed.
Requires medium to heavy work, including continuous physical exertion such as frequent bending, lifting or climbing up ladders and stairs.
Reports to work on a daily basis to meet customer and production goals, as well as, comply with company attendance policy.
SECONDARY ELEMENTS:
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Assists in other departments as needed and works closely with all other departments.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma/GED or 5 years work equivalent experience

The salary range for this position is $40,000.00 - $66,000.00.
