Quantitative Research - Head of Embedded Strat - Executive Director

Seeking Executive Director to run the Global Securitized Products Desk Strat Group in Quantitative Research.

Job Summary:

Lead the global Embedded Desk Strats group responsible for driving the quantitative trading and banking strategy for JP Morgan Securitized Products Desk.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the SPG trading digital transformation, eTrading and Market Making strategy.
• Drive the quant and technology strategy responsible for high quality advanced modelling and analytical solutions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

• Collaborate, communicate, and interact with senior stakeholders across trading, banking, research, technology, market risk, finance, and model risk management 
• Expand the scope of the team to support across different desks and build team depth 
• Designed and build trading strategy systems to deliver relative value trades and analytics
• Build and maintain robust hedging framework for diverse SPG products through improved real-time risk calculation methodologies
• Partner with Athena core teams to design and drive SPG Athena analytics strategy
• Hire and retain diverse and superior talent via internships, recruitment seminars
